Default LS Econo Billet Rods with P30 Pistons???

I had a question about a set-up here and i was wondering will LS econo Billet rods fit OEM Honda CTR Pistons... I heard with OEM LS rods the upper wrist pin section has to be thinned down a bit because of the thickness of the rod... i was wondering if this applies to the Econo Billets as well or is there a particular rod for this set up that will all work together without the machining or thinning...

Also does anyone know about how much to take off with stock or aftermarket rods or is it a try and see if it fits now kinds thing??? LOL

Thanks

You will also have to deal with the fact that the rod are most likely floating pin and the piston requires a press fit rods.Does the piton have grooves for wrist pin clips? Will the pin slip into the rod by hand? You ask about CTR and P30 as if they are the same piston. They are not.
