Help trouble-shooting headlight issues.
Model:
'96 Accord EX Coupe
Issue:
Both my headlights are blown.
Diagnosis Steps:
-I've checked both left and right 20 amp headlight fuses and those are good.
-High Beams work good.
-Ignition switch is good.
-I've swapped out the bulbs with known good bulbs and lights still don't work.
-Visually inspected bulb sockets.
-I can hear the lighting relay in the main fuse box click when I turn on the headlights.

ok i checked for continuity to the low beam headlight connectors.....
getting 12v when headlights are on.....thats a good thing.
i had two spare stock bulbs that i thought were good, but its possible that they aren't.
I'm going to buy two new stock spare bulbs and warranty replace my polarg bulbs.
updates tomorrow.
