Default ls vtec build for 90 ef si

ive been in the process of building a ls vtec to get more power out of my rex.all my buddies are running boost and i wana be able to keep up na.i dont think any of them are running faster then 13.5 except for my friends srt4.But with the weight of the rex i think i should be able to get mid to low 13s pretty easy.any advice or input would be cool im new to the forums also so help me out.heres a run down of my build ill post updates as it moves along.some pics to.

b18a bottom
b16a2 head ported and polished
b16a2 intake manifold
p2t ecu
gsr pistons
gsr cams
ls crank 0 balanced
ls rods shotpined

i am thinking about a gsr throttlebody also.
im hoping to have around 220-230 to the wheels after all said and done.

parts i need.let me know if u got em.
vtec solenoid
obd2 vtec distributor
gsr oil pump
gsr timing belt and waterpump

I would recommend you revise your parts list and get ready to spend a lot more money if you are going to have a chance at getting 230 whp. See link in my sig for +220 whp and compare what you have.

Right now, I would say you should be happy with 175 whp with what you've listed.

You are not going to break 180WHP. Have you even picked an exhaust system yet?

BTW, this is not the for sale forum.

ya actually i already have full exhaust guy.dont be a dick. i dont know what ill be making yet thats y i asked.anyways what else can i do with it to get closer to my mark.ya i have a dc sports header and 2 1/2 in cat back.so any ideas to get me closer to 220?
i will also be adding a skunk2 manifold an as i said maybe a gsr throttle body.or should i just bore my ls throttle body?what would bigger injectors and a new fuel pump, rail and pressure regulator do for me?

I said exhaust system, not whether or not you have some exhaust pipes hanging under your car. Do you have a header, and what size is your cat-back.
