Over in our nation's capital a bill has been introduced to correct the stupid *** HIPAA rule that recognizes while employers cannot refuse health care coverage to an employee on the basis of their participation in a recognized legal activity (motorcycling, skiing, horseback riding, snowmobiling, etc). However, benefits can be denied for injuries sustained in connection with those activities. Therefore, we are guaranteed the right to health care coverage but not any benefits

Got this off the WERA boards. Sent a few emails.

It took literally 2 minutes to send an email to my local rep... and you can send as many as you want. This affects everyone on this board who rides and all other riders. It's worth the few minutes it takes to send an email or two.
