I'am building up a d16z6 for my ej1 right now and am expecting about ~325whp. It will be my DD and will see the track ever now and then. I don't really mind vibrations too much. I just don't want to have killer wheel hop and break axles all the time.

 

anybody have the hardrace mounts

 

i run the torque mount inserts from energy susp and have filled my driver side motor mount with 3m windshield polyurethane (avialible at most auto parts stores)
you can use the 3m stuff to fill the torque mounts too. my car is my dd, and the vibration is not bad at all. it holds the engine pretty solid and is alot cheaper than aftermarket mounts. i have zero wheel hop... but i also have comptition eng. traction bars and kyb agx struts.
