first off, did you get your timing gears in the right spot? the vtec pressure switch which is at the bottom of your vtec solenoid has 2 wires, one is connected directly to ground, and the other one goes to your computer, since its a ""switch" its self explanatory that it closes ground to the computer indicating that there is sufficient oil pressure, thus allowing vtec engagement. so see if its even connected, OR if it even has a ground.
engine coolant temp its just maybe unplugged and/or has broken wires
map sensor may have a bad connection no vacuum going to it. if the map is disconnected it will hardly even run or start.
go back to the basics and check TIMING as strawberry said

Well usually a good place to start is to fix all the CEL. Check your map. I know for a fact a bad map sensor (enough to throw a code) can cause some serious bogging and it would have a hard time staying idle.

fixed the map.. still doing the same ****.. ect is all hooked up right so it may be a bad sensor, but that still shouldnt make the car run like ****. so it may be off timing a little bit.. gonna check that today.. thanks guys i'll keep you informed of what happens

Any CEL means no vtec if memory serves me right, definently an ECT code.
