88 HF harness isnt OBD1. So did you use an 88 HF harness or a 92-95 grey plug? If you swapped the whole harness from front to back,id have to ask why?

like the other guy said. what harness are you useing?
and check ALL your grounds... i had that same problem and it was just the gruond from the fram to the tranny. and the ground on your therastat housing...
just check that and see if that helps

88 hf harness is obd0 i know and i used the obd0-obd1 convertion harness and runnin on crome and why my car is a 89 dx that has alot of wiring problems so just wanted to start over fresh and clean hoping not to run into any problems and before anyone asks i have checked the grounds numerous times

though i checked my grounds it seems to be a ground cause whenever my e-brake is up my tach doesnt work and when its down it works that how i know it wont rev past 2500

The honda ETM is gonna be your friend. Go pick one up and go from there. Noone on here is gonna be able to help sadly to say. Obviously you have some crossed wire on some plug/plugs. To make a DX to SI takes a couple extra wires and can be found on any Honda forum. This way you created a laaaaarge headache. Harness from front to back or did you use some Dx and some Hf?

Then there shouldn't really be any issues. Just go over what you did, again and you may find something you missed. Good luck

Everything that is not working is dealing with the cluster it looks like, a wire diagram would come in real handy here.

I was having some issues
a few weeks ago with my cluster swap.
Incase your not familiar with color codes:
The first color is the solid and the second
color is the stripe.
Ex: red/blu = Red wire w/blue stripe

12 pin plug (bigger of the 2)
Your fuel is a ylw/wht
Your Temp is ylw/grn
Your Tach is a solid blue wire

8 pin plug
Your E-brake is Grn/red
Hope this helps you out..

Yes and no...
Everything worked fine
on my old cluster..
I was swapping out
my stock cluster for a newer
one. I just happened to do the
homework so that i could get
the new cluster working correctly.
You might also want to try swapping
light bulbs around if you find its still
not working....
