OBD1 turbo kit on OBD2 car

OBD1 turbo kit on OBD2 car
I got a SOHC turbo kit from 92-95 Civic. Obviously, it doesn't have the intake sensor. Will I have to drill a hole for the sensor? If so, where do I drill? Can I leave it out?
