Default map sensor and turbo

I have two questions i baught an AEM 3.5 bar map sensor and than i was told it might be to big to run with crome has anyone tuned with crome do you know if there is a 3.5 bar softwear they were saying something about a voltage difference from 3 to 3.5.. IF that makes any since. My second question is i'm just about to get the car tuned but i'm switching turbos before i go what turbo do you guys recommond and what trim and AR. It's a fully built b16a 8.6.1 CR crower cams crower valvetrain port and polish 3 angle vale job, MSD, ITR intake mani, full race manifold percision intercooler,1000 cc injectors or 880 if thoes will work i'm thinking of switching from a 57 trim t3/t04e (which i have now) to a T3/60-1 or maybe a t3/61 i'm leaning more toward the 60-1. I'm hoping for 400-500whp some were around 15-18 psi on pump. What do you guys think ?

A 3bar will do just fine. Many people use the GM 3 bar with Crome or Hondata with no problems.

Commonly Used Map Sensors:
1.8bar (stock)= 11.6psi
Motorola 2.5bar= 21.7psi
GM 3bar= 29psi
AEM 3.5bar= 36.25psi
AEM 5bar= 58psi

as for the turbo, you're not going to make 500whp on pump with the 60-1. At 18psi you'll be in your range, but probably about 420-440whp. It depends on your fuel as well...

The 60-1 is not a bad turbo, but depending on your exact goals, there may be a better turbo for you. One turbo similar to the 60-1 but with better low end spool and similar overall performance is the STC Silver Surfer. I dont know exact details on it, but it may be just the thing you're looking for. If you want more details PM The Shodan and talk to him about it.

Depending on your budget, either a GT3071r or Borg Warner S256 might be a good fit for you as well. Both of those turbos will gladly make your 400-500whp goal and spool up very fast (similar to your 57 trim)
