Ok i got a ek hatch and the previous owner hit a guard rail and the right wheel is slightly bent inwards he didn't hit it fast but just barley but what would it involve to fix?
I was thinking it the rear trailing arm and lower control arm??

Trailing arm can be bent as well as the upper control arm. The lower control arm seems a little unlikely if the top part of the tire is bent inward.

 

its the part of the tire closest to the gas door. like towards the door

pics would help alot. worse case is that its all bent but most likely the upper control arm and trailing arm are done for
