need help with an all motor SOHC that im going to be building

i getting a d16z6 for 250, and i bought some p29 pistons for it. but my question is i went on a site to check what my CR would BE and that **** came out to 13.6, with stock d16z6, AND stock head gasket, i thought my CR would be around the 12'S, please people stop by and help. i love the SOHC AND THE PEOPLE THAT OWN THEM

I got a sohc block with pm7 pistons, a d16z6 head with stock head gasket and my car runs fine, the cr is in the 12's. I know what your talking about i did that same compression test online, and it told me the same thing. i dont ping at all

I'm assuming you're not boring it like you should...

12.03:1 with no decking or milling.

anyone else that may know something, i just need to be sure, bcuz its a dialy driver, it do about 30 miles a day on it, its not bad but i wanna race it to.
