It's C424 in the photo I posted. It's the highlighted one.

That's an image of your under dash fuse diagram.

Op you kinda need to step your game up if you want help. C424 was the ONLY highlighted relay in that daigram, he ALSO said it was UNDERHOOD.

Pay more attention when trying to get help, you prolly would have had it fixed by now

That's a fuse. It's a 15A fuse under the hood.

I accidentally posted "underhood", but the image I posted was obviously the fuse box under the dash.

That is where the FSM says the horn RELAY is.

Then again, relays don't usually just break.

It's your cable reel then. That's the black round piece behind your steering wheel that has wires coming out of it.

You need a new one.

if that black piece is not working, do you think the cruise control isn't working because of it? My horn also doesn't work. The srs light isn't on.

Depends on what car. I don't know why you would buy one new from Honda when they're so much cheaper through salvage yards.

I got an entire steering column (column, shrouds, combination switch, cable reel) for $420 total. And I thought that was a bit much.

Okay, so i'm kinda new to honda/acura. And i'm having the same prob w/ my type-R integra. replaced horn, checked the fuse. still no horn. The buttons on the steering wheel are both good too. I don't know where the horn relay switch is on the 'teg.

if you have an itr, you should go ahead and post in the ITR forum so they can help you since they have the same vehicle.

disconnect your horn. replace fuse. try again wih out the horn. if you fuse don't blow then it's a dead short inside the horn. (replace horn)

My haynes book says to replace horn, you have to remove the bumper cover. I believe that - the horn is behind the slotted insert in the grill opening; I'm sure you have to remove the cover to get at it. There are fasteners along the top edge of the cover near the radiator and a/c condenser, a couple underneath, and I'm pretty sure one fastener at each front wheel cutout. I may be taking mine off too...

NOFX had it exactly right as far as where the relay is.
I had to crawl under and look up at the very upper edge of fuse panel Sure enough, it was there, mounted almost off the edge of the board.

The relay is gray with a 4-wire connector going to it.
A squeeze tab thing on connector lets you pull the connector off the relay.
Another squeeze tab at the base of the relay lets you pull if off the board.

The two brighter terminals - on passenger side of the car, where the connector clip is - are for the coil.
Resistance between them was just over 100 ohms.
The two darker terminals, on driver side, are for power to the horn.
