Idle problem, forever to warm up! help?
So i just recently did a auto to manual swap
Threw in a LS out of a 94 integra
Did timing belt and waterpump.
was one tooth off on the crank, creating a real rich and shitty run.
Got that part fixed
Now the idle just jumps up and down, and it takes FOREVER for the engine to warm.
I had it idle for 15 minutes and the fan never clicked on or anything.
Also when idling, it vibrates so heavy that everything in the car rattles...
Ive pretty much read every thread about this on H-T and JDMR
Things ive done...
Cleaned out the IACV and the valve under the throttle body, forget its name.
Brand new spark plugs, wires, cap and rotor.
tried adjusting air bleed screw on TB
Adjusted throttle cable tension...
Could bubbles in the cooling system cause this?
Any other ideas?

Put in a new PCV valve
Still no changes
heres an update
Drove it to heat the engine up to operating temp
Temp gauge reads just below half, which is normal for my car.
BUT the fan doesnt kick on at all. Drove it for an hour, and the fan never kicked on once.
Absolutely NO CEL popped up.
Cuz i figured if the Temp Sensor took a ****, the CEL would pop on
When idling at a redlight. rpms jump from 600-900.
Vibration felt throughout the car when idling.
Took the intake off, the 2 holes inside the throttle body, at operating temp the bottom hole has suction when u try to plug it.
Plug both holes and the car dies.
I am completely stumped...
