How much should I pay for a brand new bike?
I want a new bike, I haven't decieded on which bike to get but a it has to be a 600 super sport, either a 07 or maybe a 08, what im looking for is a good deal.
So when buying a bike should I shoot for the invoice price OTD or msrp price OTD?
Ive heard alot of people saying that paying over 9,000 otd for a 600 is overpriced.
How do I get a good deal and how do I know I am?

8500 OTD is usually a good price and if you want it you better buy it now before dec comes around when all the 08 come out
then again, your in cali
nothing with bikes is cheap

Thats an even better time, dealers will be motivated to move the 07s off the floor.

I know they do quotes over the internet, so I wouldn't doubt they would do it over the phone too.

Is there a site that provides free motorcycle invoice prices? I checked http://www.cyclebuy.com/invoice.htm but you have to pay for that service.
Dealer invoice price will do you no good here in CA. Since we have a year long riding season, dealers can get at least sticker price for all their bikes.

unless you're buying a 07 at end of MY.
i hear of people getting good prices on big4 600's.
don't like the k7 600? the only other bikes in the class i'd consider to replace it are the 675 and 07 600rr, since everything else is practically the same.

last year around this time i seen 600rr's and 636's go for $6800 brand new at roseville cycle.. i thought that was cheap considering i bought mine for $8900

Color choices are the only changes.
