Default I want to polish my lip with a dremel tool (what to buy?)

i want to buy a dremel tool to get my lip polished, what kinda stuff should i look out for?

what do you think about this kit?

http://cgi.ebay.com/master-cra...wItem

i have a set of buddy club p1 racing II (gunmetal in middle, polished lip)

i want to get the lip chrome like, but leave the gunmetal in the middle alone. Will tape be able to protect it from being polished?

i sanded 4 lips with 400 grid sandpaper already, so the clearcoat is off. Once i'm done with polishing do i have to clearcoat it?

At work I sometimes get too much melt-through on shiny metal surfaces. What I do is grind down weld to about level surface(doesn't apply here). Then I take some rougher 200 grit and sand as good as I can get. Then I go over with the 400 and then some 500 grit. After that I use some scotch brite abrasive(forget what kind, just use what we have at work) then go to the steel wool after that. The last step we use this stuff called Purple Metal Polish. Just goober the stuff on there and wipe off. This is all done by hand of course. You don't neccessarily need any type of power tool although it will make the job faster. As for clearcoating, I don't know but I'm sure you'll need some type.

just sand it down with 200-2000 grit wet, and then take some mag aluminum polish and go to town.

No clear coat, just wax it once a month.
