Default clutch NEED HELP

alrigght guys, 2002 s2000..im replacing the clutch so far its been pretty easy (minus that top starter bolt..what a basterd) anyway i know you have pull the bearing fork out a little so the trans comes of the engine..dudes..it wont budge..anyone have this problem and any tips..thanks.

the release bearing fork is just held in by wedge type bracket. push trans all the way in towards engine. grab release fork and pull. sucker should pop out and sit down out of the way.

remember this when ur putting it back on too. your right that starter bolt was a bitch.

did you take your headers off or anything?

yeah everything is off..including header..its really not that bad of a job im diong it at work with air tools and a lift..and tranny jacks ...i cant amagine doing it on my garage floor...anyways im thinking i should of pulled the fork out first before i took it off the aligning dowl pins..but i;ll get it aligned again put a coiuple bolts in and try to move the fork..thanks for you help.
