Default Sputtering during shifting

Ok So I have a 90 Accord LX. Just today i've found that when i shift out of 1st, 2nd or 3rd sometimes my car will sputter like somethings plugged. Then it will stop and start driving like normal. I dont know if its something like a possible need of new spark plugs or wires, or if its something more serious. It doesnt happen all the time either, just occasionally when i shift into 2nd 3rd or 4th gear. the sputter lasts about 5 seconds then it stops and accelerates like normal...........................can anyone help?!?!?!?!?

yeah just try a tune up,,,,oil change, air filter, plugs, wires, cap, rotor, clean out the IACV...possibly new tranny fluid... i used to have a 90 lx too and when I started it up in the morning when it was cold out its spitted and sputted but went away after it was warmed up.....but a tune up would still help
