Hey have 2001 accord ex from Germany shipped here. I got a couple of minor
issues/annoyances (CEL and interior lighting issue) I think I found the CEL answer
on an earlier post. My question is my instrument panel doesn't work at night. I checked all the fuses and I did blow 2 fuses prior to this problem; radio, and driving light fuse. and both were replaced and both work now. However, my instrument panel doesn't light up when my lights are on. My cousin thinks it might be a bad instrument cluster, (speedometer and such) but none of the lighting like my climate control, or rear defrost work. They function but you can't see them at night. Unless there is a secret seperate fuse for that lighting system I've pulled every fuse twice and replaced them. Any suggestion would be appreciated.
