Polyurethane coils spring isolators?

Polyurethane coils spring isolators?
Long story short: bought a complete skunk2 suspension and an energy suspension master bushing kit. Question: Do I use the coil spring isolators that came in the kit in conjunction with the oem rubber spring seats? If I do, will it adversely affect the dampening and feel of the shocks?
