i have A 2000 SI with a GSR head, intake, greddy exhaust, and obx intake mani. i am not doing any heavy modding but want to know which is better for me a 4-2-1 or 4-1 header. i think i am going to go with the DC sport header because it is in my price range.

 

4-1 will give you more hp at high rpm, 4-2-1 low mid rpm range.

 

4-1 with a 2.5 inch collector will give you some good top end if thats what your looking for

 

You need mid-range for that b16. I suggest a 4-2-1.

 

You are not going to get anymore useable mid range out of a b16 no matter what you do .So make the power at the only place that its going to ..From vtec on up.

Show me someone that races people not in vtec.And I will show you someone that doesn't have vtec.
