another turbo bites the dust thanks to shitty filters...

*knocks on wood* I have a similar filter on mine, hehe tho its not that close to the turbo

Well I dont think the oil is that bad, if you didnt run low on it when you got home...Its the vacuum that pulled it out of the turbo, because your turbo inlet was clogged and the engine needed air. Atleast the piping wont rust anyways, clean most of it out and fire up the car and see if theres any signs of damage (extra noises).

i dont have any filter on my turbo just a piece of metal screen bent over witha big zip tie to hold it on and i havent had a problem

is it smoking when its running u may have blown the oil seals on the inside of the turbo if it is

sounds to me like the oil seals in the turbo are blown your vaccumm lines and ic pipes and ic and pcv will all have oil in them cause the compreser wheel oil seal is shot/leakin suckin it into the motor and dont waste your time cleening it till u fix the seal and your motor is ok sounds like the problems in the turbo
