Hi,
I have a 1998 Acura 2.3CL and I have a problem with the lighting on the car. When I turn the lights on (headlights), my taillight does not come on. However, when i step on the brake, the brake lights are working. I checked the bulbs, they are all good and I also checked the fuse. I don't know where else to look. When this happened, my instrument lights stopped working also. I'm not sure if the problem with the instrument light happened because of the taillight or just random. None of my instrument (gauge, heater control and etc.) are coming on when I turn the headlight on.

check your fuse? I believe that you have a tail light fuse.

 

I did check the fuse and I saw the fuse for brake light but not tail light. Anyways, all the fuse on the driver side left door panel are okay and I checked the fuse box under the hood and all the fuse under there are okay also. I'm not sure if there is anywhere else that the fuses are located or maybe if there is a relay for tail light???
