Default bought my first dirtbike

so i was on Craigslist last night looking for a project bike, when i saw the add for a 91 yz125 for 150$. so i called the guy and he happened to live 5 mins away from me. went there, saw the bike and bought it for 140$ lol. its been sitting for 6 years, and looks like it has a frozen engine. i used to build 2stroke generator engines so it shouldnt be too big of a task. i was initially gonna get a street bike, but because my experience is so lil on motorcycles, id rather learn how to control the throtle and the brakes.... on a dirtbike where chances of getting ran over is less.hehe. BTW i would be great if you guys could give me some tips on where to start on the engine, or maybe post up somelinks.
ill add pics laterz
thanks in advance

But there are also rocks and trees and ditches and idiot dirtbikers going too fast / the wrong way.

Gear!

if its seized, and you think it might just be from sitting..... try squirting some auto tranny fluid in the cyliner and soak it for at least overnight.
maybe...sometimes... itll break free and will be easier to disassmble for rebuild.
if its been that long since it ran ya might as well plan to do the crank seals too cause they will soon fail even if by the off chance theyre not already bad.
bike bandit seems to be a pretty good source for economical parts.
Good buy congratulations and enjoy
