Looking for some paint ideas for my Password:JDM EK road race hatch
My Honda Challenge H1 car is in need of a new look for 2008. It got a bit banged up this past season so it needs some paint and body work anyway. Right now I'm considering a full SIR conversion or maybe a 99-00 front end, I'm still not sure. Anyway I'd like some help with the paint scheme, I'm considering a 2 tone paint job (think Jun car) but would like some Photoshop help to me visualize it. It would still need to incorporate the red (I'm not looking to do a full color change) but the front end (or more) could be changed. If anyone has the free time and knowledge I'd really appreciate it.

off topic but i saw your car in the new issue of grassroots mag and i liked it alot...nice car and very nice setup....have you ran at button willow if so what are your times? thanks and a 2 ton might look good red and black with the sir bumpers.

chris, keep the 96-98 front and no sir bumpers. maybe some thin side moldings would look good on there.

that looks pretty cool. is that the pw lip? i assume that you added the piece on the bottom. was the fit good?

Oh No the miata is now orange too, haha.
I agree I already love the styling of the car, I mean a Si-R front would be cool but I
think a new paint scheme and maybe rearranging some of the vinyl's could go a long way.

Pennington. He has SIR bumpers from passwordjdm. He is not going to change the rear end color of the car. Everything with the exception of the rear bumper is upfront that needs paint.

well then picture the color schemes with sir bumpers. the blue to red was backwards, i edited it wrong and saved before i could change it...

i didnt see it either, but he doesnt want to repaint the entire car, so im thinking only the front...fading into red

i think the fade look is pretty good looking but something that would be easier/ cheaper to repaint would be better since its a track car and will most likely have a few scuffs and bruises. but on the other side every event ive been to this car has been first or second so it usually is up front by itself.
