dAng that's some nice carpet for real. like the design. ahha

Looks like an oiled filter. plus why would you use the old filter? go to nopi and buy a new one.

The one V2 I've seen had a dry-flow filter (but I'm sure that you can use either or)...anyways, I got my oiled filter off of eBay for like ~$25 shipped for my SRI on my GS-R

It should be a dry flow filter. I bought my AEM and it came with a dry flow filter and that looks exactly like mine.

yea, it really is nice carpet :D

anyways, Im from Europe and AEM is US company so if new filter is 25$ for you guys is like 25+40 shipping + import tax 30%....so its not that cheap

unless K&N have same filter....I can get new K&N filters here....

K&N should be alright to use if it will fit they're a proven company but you might want to get someone else's opinion too though.

You do not have to oil it at all, its a dry flow filter.

i clean it every 6 months.... its all because its always dusty and rains alot here. it gets dirty quick
