b16a sleeves

if any one knows help me out i have a brian crower stroker kit i have a dart sleeve how do i get the stock one out and do i just press the new one in

take it to a shop cuz the old ones will need to be heated and pressed out and the new one will need to be heated as well and pressed in and then cooled to seat right. good luck.
