I know that I have seen the 44mm dump-tube flanges in aluminum, anyone know if someone makes them for a 60mm?

i need some myself.

 

The few people i know that have tried aluminum dumptubes did not have success with it. Dumptubes are very prone to failure, even in stainless, due to vibrations.

If you do it, let us know how it works out once you have some time on it.
