well it really depends on whether you are looking for out of the deal, and how much time and/or money you want to invest.

rule of thumb says that turbo is going to be hard(er) on an engine, esp if your f22 has higher mileage. you may turbo it and have the motor blow in a short amount of time. if you choose to go turbo, you should have the engine fitted with some new bearings while your at it.

an h22 swap will get you more power than you have now, and are usually more dependable (than boosting a ragged out f22). but then you will have to go through with the swap, which can be a hassle if you are not mechanically inclined. you can always pay to have it done, but then the investment cost will jump quite a bit usually. not to mention that the swap kit can cost a good bit if you go with a jdm h22. you can always go with an american h22 for less, but they are hard to find (in my area at least).
