Default Is my brake F***** ?

so i was on my way on replacing my drum brake.

it didn't want to come off, it was loose but seemed like it was caught on something.

Me thinking nothing of it, I kept going. Then when i finally get it off i see this

would i be loosing brake fluid this this crack? is it fucked ? this is my dd so i'm either just gonna leave it or do a disc conversion. thnx

its just your slave brake cylinder there like 12 bucks at autozone go pick one up replace it bleed your brakes and you set. no need to do a disc convertion just because of a minor problem. good luck

from the looks of the picture, you are loosing brake fluid. there is no need to do a disc conversion for this problem, but if it's something you plan on doing, then go ahead.

but i wouldn't put this off, fix it first then do the swap!

It was leaking before you took it apart. It needed replacing anyway.
While your at it, do the other one too.

If you have ever lost your brakes.... well need I say more
