1991 crx seats in my EF hatch (91)
Yes it can be done. Just swap the seat pans and you'll be done. You know the the Si seats will bolt directly in from the same year (s) car.
drilling is bad....
the guy who installed the del sols in my current project just drilled and drilled and finaly after about three missess he got them in
gotta love that ****.
same year seats from civics will always swapp into same year civics.
same for crx's

If it took him that long and he put that many holes in your car I am hoping for your sake he did this at no charge... This is just me assuming that he charged you and said he could do it... then he couldnt measure... i put aftermarket seats in my old dc.. I had to drill new holes got the seats in first try with a good measurement
If im not mistake you just swap the rails of the crx seats with the rails off your civic seats

this is true. no matter what anybody says, civic and crx seats are NOT interchangable even with seat pan swaps. repeat, they do not and will not FIT!

i have tried this on a 91 hatch seat into a 1988 CRX.
how is that possible when the crx pans mount on the sides and the civic hatch's pans have a metal piece protruding through the bottom cushion? i have personally done it myself and it will not fit anyway you put it unless you chop off some metal and re-weld.
