You really have to be more specific.

The basic structure of the car is the same. So probably brake rotors, ball joints, basic stuff is the same.

But they usually make a pile of little changes from year to year. Bumper skins & grilles are a little bit different. Each year the EPA smog stuff is a little tighter than last year, so maybe the ECU has a little different program. You can probably find a good handful of small changes to wiring harnesses, especially interior & accessories.

If you have a friendly guy at the dealer parts counter, he can tell you if it's the same part number those 2 years. Or maybe look at some on-line parts place like hondaautomotiveparts.com to see if they're the same.

if you have a v6, then some parts won't work in 00' cause honda switched to DIS on the v6's only. i believe all the I4's are pretty much the same.

as for body parts, honda did a slight change in 01' for the coupes and sedans. ie: front and rear bumpers, tail lights on the sedans. they also changed some interior parts as well.

besides that most of the parts are interchangeable between all 5 yrs.
