with my m3 being so expensive to fix up, i finally found a new hobby.. something about the instant gratification a good auto detail gives, is priceless.. but since this is honda related, i thought id share with my old friends..
this car came back from the body shop yesterday after having some fender bender damage repaired and they decided to hit the whole car with their rotary buffer before i went to pick it up.. it looked like the whole car was a hologram.. buffer trails everywhere.. but with some high quality german polish, my handy porter cable, and honda's soft clear coat.. i was able to correct all that..
washed with dawn to remove any wax they might have put on the car at the body shop, then polished with Menzerna PO106FF w/ orange LC pad on the PC.. after the paint correction it got a nice coat of Menzerna FMJ to seal the paint.. then topped off with a nice coat of Victoria Concours wax.. onto the pics..
some are blurry, but i dont have a tripod anymore so forgive me..

crystal clear reflections

freshly paint matched mirrors

engine bay

interior

i have some other pics of other details ive done if you guys wanna see.. none are hondas though..
EDIT: new pics added on last page!

no, i use a brush..if you brush up, then down.. the part you brushed towards you will look darker in the light, and the part you brushed away from you will be lighter.. i do this on my lawn too with a weighted roller like they do on baseball fields..

Thats great. Definately do that to a home you're trying to sell. get bonus points for that.
How much you charge for a whole interior and exterior detail like that? I want to have a good job done like that on mhy wifes car.
