my buddys car is running like total $H!T help!
well.. he just got a ls hatch. supposively it has a valve train in it. well thecar has a valve tick. the idle is at 100. the guy that he bought the car from said its the tune thats makin the car idle so low, so we put a stock ls ecu in it.
now one question.. turning the idle screw to the left would that make it idle higher?
and when the valves get adjusted could that cause the idle to be fixed?
thanks guys

LSs are notorious for the valve adjust screw coming loose, had it totally come off on mine, luckily didnt damage anything, I just put it back on and did a valve adjustment. Probably a shot in the dark though.
alright, well were gonna adjust hte valves, due a tuneup, plugs, wires, dizzy cap and rotor. and mess with the idle screw
thanks
anyone else have any input?
