Car shuts off wtf?

Car shuts off wtf?
I have a 96 ek and I bought it about a month ago. Today I was driving and then suddenly the car shut off by itself. I pushed the clutch in and cranked the key and it started right up. Anyone have any idea what this might be. Its actually the second time its happened and I dont know the first place to trouble shoot.

well thats all i have people sorry. Today it happened as soon as I turned on my turn signal. I dont know if that caused it or if that was one hell of a coinky dink

go up to an autozone or orielys or other part store and have them check your batery and altenator... also check your possitive and negative cables make sure they aren't lose
