i found out that i have a bad spring or rocker on my motor so i have to take it apart and if im going to do that i might as well throw in good springs and rockers if they make upgraded rockers for h22s. as far as what i should get if im rebuilding my head what should i get and i want better than oem but cheap as possible maybe like skunk2 or something and they must be reliable

 

id go with dual skunk 2 springs. valves. and titanium retainers. jdm in stock sells good packages on ebay for their online account. cheap and def. reliable

 

OEM stuff is fine if you are on stock cams.

 

while i have it apart is it worth putting in skunk2 springs and retainers or will it not do anything for my car. because i want to have it be reliable so if i beat on it they wont fail and are the skunk2 springs and retainers drop in tighten to spec and go or...
