Ashley called me this morning. Seems she parked her car outside a friends house at college suites for about an hour. Some jackass's came and stole her guage cluster and shift **** out of her car, cutting the interior harness and everything. What a bunch of lowlifes. If you see anyone around trying to sell or "just got" a ITR guage cluster with around 25,000 miles on it let me know.

 

Damn theives. I cant believe they did it right there in College Suites. Fuggin scumbags

 

at least the car is there.. on the other hand.. I happen to have a JDM ITR cluster for sale.. (sorry for the plug considering..)

They dusted it, they probably stole just these 2 things because they where quick and easy to get. The cops dusted the car. I can't wait to see the insurance bill as they cut the plugs.

now I hate to be a hybrid hater, but on this one I am going to have to say some civic owner will be doing a transplant. Why else would the have cut the harness's off ?

Dude, it's a DC2 cluster.. a lot easier to drop it into an Integra than a Civic, and the harness is useless since they already have one.

 

You mean to tell me cops actually show up when you call and tell them your car's been broken into.

My old roomates Talon was broken into a while ago and from the ninth floor you could see a handprint on the inside of the window. We told the cops and according to them, they can't prove the print was there from the theft...here's your file number...have a nice day.

How bad is the theft in florida as a whole,I was considering moving there,maybe the area of O town,or ft Lauderdale Miami are?Besides that how do you guys like living down there,everytime a tell someone I would like to move there,they say it ain't all that,they say the Palm trees nice wheather beaches and bitches gets boring after a while,I just don't see how that could get boring?

 

For example,I was in South Beach a week ago,and the water was awsome,clear as can be,warm and you can walk out like a mile and its still up to your waste,almost like the Bahamas,I come home to NJ,go to seaside and the water is **** brown,and so cold you almost have an heart attack trying to swim in it,and no hot *** girls and I'm saying to myself I have got to move out there.Nj has there share of hotties but South Beach just has models growing from trees

I here that ***** is never boring Any other opionions,I know this is a car sight,I just figured since I'm thinking about moving there and alot of you guys are from FL I would get other perspectives on it.

 

Florida Compatability Test:

1. Do you like beer?
2. Do you like lots of beer?
3. Do you like hot *** weather where you'll sweat instantly?
4. Do you like Skin Cancer?
5. Do you like either all ugly women, or all hot women? (depends on where you go)
6. Do you like LOTS of alcohol?
7. Do you like the ITR-NC/FL/VA / We-Todd-Did-Racing Crew?

If you answered No to any of those questions, you don't belong in Florida.

 

except for skin cancer I answered all yes.IMO you guys have the life down there.Coming from Jersey its like paradise down there.I'm coming back in Sept,where probobly gonna stay in Ft Lauderdale instead of South Beach this time,and threw our travels well probobly head down the keys for Snorkeling and fishing.You guys have so much more to do,and so many nice places,from Miami,Ft lauderdale,O-town,tampa,Panama,Marco Island,keys,and a couple other spots I forgot to mention.All way nicer than dirty Jersey IMO.

 

I'm from Hazlet originally so I'm finally with the areas this guy is describing and yes when comparing both Orlando or Florida in general is friggin paradise. Who cares about the hot weather would you rather freeze your butt off and have grey cloudy skies all the time??

In terms of theft/crime Orlando would rank on the lowest of all the cities. I like central Florida cause you are literally in the middle of everything and far enough inland when the big storms hit. South Beach is 3 hours away, Jax is 2 hours away, Daytona is a hour away, and Tampa is 2 hours away. You can take a vacation in this state which is cool, and yes there is lots to do here for sure.

 

Eh, Skin Cancer aint too bad

You'll have to come to one of our Florida Honda-Tech Meets sometimes.. usually involves NC guys.. and we try to avoid cars at all cost.. so I guess it's not really a honda-tech meet.. but there are things more important than cars in this world (women, beer and happiness (which you get from the two others)).

Yea I'm down Keep me updated on these meets.I just spent 9 days in South Beach,it just sucks it rained alot,we had a Bad *** truck so we got out of the rain and headed up to Orlando and did a day at disney,another day we went to Marco Island spent the day on the beach got some sun and did some swimmin.We didn't get to do so many traditional things we usually do,In sept we have 4 things that have to be done,Snorkeling Wave running in South beach ,scooters ,and Deep sea fishing in the keys. The other nights we went out and partied
