You should need the GSR endlinks and frame bushings to install.
However, most people would consider this a downgrade, not an upgrade, to go from a 21mm front bar to a 24mm. Personally, I'd love to swap my 24mm for a 21mm, but I'm not spending money on the car right now.

If a rear swaybar alone, is causing massive oversteer, um, you have other suspension issues to work out. As in, you used a chain link fence pole for a swaybar, and need to take it off.
My stock GSR, with a Comptech rear ARB, set to the stiffest setting, was still an understeering pig. Only after cranking up the rear spring rates, did it finally start to oversteer.

Install the ITR rear bar first and see how it handles. If it oversteers more then you want then swap in the GSR front bar. I went through about 4 different front/rear sway bar setups on my EG before I found what I liked. Lately I've been thinking about setup number 5.

We ended up with a 21mm Civic front bar and a Tanabe 20mm chrome-moly rear. I really like the Tanabe rear bar because it's really light (hollow) but we're needing something more stiff for track use. We'll either go with bigger bars or stiffer springs, not sure which yet.
