b16 swap rear mount bracket help! searched all day...

Default b16 swap rear mount bracket help! searched all day...

searched 3 forums all day cant find a single pic this is my first swap b16 into ef i have a 90-93 bracket and i can not see were the bracket will mount to the engine . and will it be ok to mount drivers side and rear mount only tell i find a tranny? or should i just do it all at once thanx for your info

the rear bracket mounts to the trans, and i think its easier to put the motor n trans in at the same time. especially if it's your first one.

Do it all at once

There is no mount on the front crossmember. Just those three

awsome set up but i mean were the bracket ataches to the motor its self i cant seem to figure it out sry about the miss understanding

youll know it once you see it. i bought my engine from h motors and it was already on there. it goes on the back right where the engine and transmission meet. theres 3 bolts, one at the top coming from the transmission side and 2 at the bottom coming from the engine side,

How come on your rear mount you didn't bend the rear crossmember lip under??? You get vibration cause it hits the rear bracket!

thats only with some mounts i never bent mine and it works fine. that rear mount will be a bitch to put on if the motors allready in but it can be done it sorta slips over the motor/trans. you should be able to see the mounting holes for the bracket.
