Default 2000 civic b16 swap trans mount issue

Last night i was in the process of dropping in my b16 swap in my civic. i had the driver side and rear mounts on. I then ran into the transmission mount not fully wanting to align with the transmission bracket. I felt like i really had to push the trans towards the rear and might be able to thread on a bolt to hold the mount on to the frame. I was fearing stripping a thread though so i stopped and left it alone until i re thought it. Any of you had issues with this swap using innovative mounts?

the si bracket. That was my first thought. I compared it to the d16y8 the car came with and the si one sits a bit more to the left than the d16. I ll post pictures when i get a chance.

So i figured out my issue. I took a different approach to mount the engine. Started with the trans mount, then went to engine side. Got those two on but did not tightened the bolts, just left them loose but on. I then loosened the rear bracket and slipped in the mount, bolted it down slightly, not fully. then went around and tightened everything little by little. Worked like a charm. Thanks for the input!
