Default Car let me down, need help!

So, the other morning, my car wouldn't start. Turned over fine, but would not start. I kept trying and trying, and she finally sputtered up enough to get going. So I leave the house, on my way to work. I stop by a gas station, come out of the store and same thing, car wouldn't start. Kept trying, car started. So, that night at work, I got new plugs, wires, cap, rotor, and fuel filter, changed it all the next day. Got in the car today, started up fine and headed off. After I drove for about 25 minutes I got out and went in the store, come outside and the car woul not crank. Waited and about 10 minutes and it started up and was fine.

Can anyone give me any idea what is wrong with it? Car is a 94 GSR.

Are you getting fuel? If not check the main relay and make sure you hear you fuel pump prime when the key is "on".

Are you getting spark? If not check the ignitor and coil inside the distributor.

It really sounds like the main relay, your low on gas, or your fuel pump is intermittently working.... all have the symptoms you describe

Having a similar problem..i would think the alternator, because i recently changed everything you listed as well and it's sure as hell not my battery so the only thing left for me to guess would be the alternator.

It wouldn't be the alternator or the battery, because it spins over fine. I'll check the. I never even thought to listen for the fuel pump. but now that i think about sometimes at red lights and whatnot I'll hear it kick on for a few seconds then back off...

quick question, the main relay is the one on top of the fuse box under the dash right?
