Alright, its not officially on the market but i want to see what my offers are. I have a 2000 Honda Civic EX. A while ago at abou 118k on the chassis, i blew the d series up reving it out to 8k rpm, i know dumb. ended up going with an ls/vtec swap from a buddy of mine. Its still not finished (random things here and there, still needs a tune, on a basemap now but pulls awesome and vtec screams!!). Current mileage on the chassis is 124k, the motor was rebuilt approx 20k before i bought it, so the motor has approx 25k on it. Basically, im 16, work 2 jobs right now and still in school. I was stupid for blowing the d series up, and i was stupid for not just putting another d series in, but i went witht the ls/vtec swap. Well now i find myself BROKE, and i dont see myself with enough money to finish this car anytime soon. I've become sick of seeing it not finished yet and i would rather see it in the hands of someone who can finish it properly. Its been daily driven since it was swapped (was daily driven with the d series also).

I get approx 290 miles to a tank with the b series in it (which isnt bad imo). Oil was changed every 3k with Mobil1 Full Synthetic. Redline MT-90 was used in the transmission (because of the Quaife LSD). Without further ado, here are the specs!

Exterior:
Stock, nothing on the exterior has been changed.
Stock exhaust, only thing changed was inplace of a muffler, a resonator with a tip was put in. Sounds quiet (really quiet), deep and no ricey fart sound what soever! Vtec SCREAMS though and everyone hears you coming then:twisted:

Interior
Only thing i've changed on the interior is there is a civic si radio (amber backlit) and i changed the cluster and climate control bulbs to match this amber, looks really nice!

The engine was boosted by the previous owner for a couple thousand miles, i never changed out the DSM 450cc injectors and the oilpan. So basically this motor is waiting for boost! Oilpan is powdercoated purple (looks baller), and is tapped with a stainless drain line already in it. I will also include a stock oilpan with a new oilpan gasket from honda. I have a DC 4-1 header that is kinked in, im currently having a friend get the kink out so depending on if he can do a good enough of a job to get it out, ill throw that in for free also.

The car has working power steering and cruise control, havn't got around to hooking the airconditiong up yet. The car has all ac lines in it still, just needs ac compressor and ac condenser. I will include the compressor and ac condenser from the old d series motor for you to make it work (you'd just need a new ac bracket and a new pulley i think).

When this car gets finished, its going to be one hell of a sleeper! With a good tune, it should make close to 170whp. Like i said right now its on a basemap to get me to work and around town so its not making that much power yet, but it does pull hard.

I am looking for a trade, as i need a car to get to work every day. What im looking for is preferably a hatch, but i will look at other things too. Has to be recent (92 and up) and atleast halfway decently clean. Would prefer a hatch but coupes or nice 4 doors will be considered. Looking for a boosted d, or a teg with a boosted ls. Not looking for anyhting crazy, nothing more than like 250-260whp. Show me what you have! Remember my car isnt technically on the market, but i want to see what my options are. Thank you!
