G Stock to STS...any ideas and car setups
I am in G stock and want to move to STS. Where should I start with my GSR to bring it to a competive level. Ideas Please

Upgrade these things in order:
Driver (if you haven't already) with a school
Suspension (including tires, possibly the most important part)
power
