I rolled my window down (power windows) all the way and it keeps popping off the track...idk why its doing this and it just started the other day so i took the door panel off and put it back on and it keeps doing this..anyone have a clue why this is happening? thanks in advanced

Make sure the window regulator is bolted straight. When I replaced my window regulator and I didn't bolt it completely straight, then window came off track.

 

spray some silicon lube on the rubber track. This works as a fix for a while. Just have to re lube every few months. This is what i do.

U can also buy the part new and this may act as a solution. Sorry cant recall what the part it called off the top of my head.

This is a known problem for 96-00 civics
