Default Made me a dual gauge bezel and aluminum temp. sensor adapter!

Gotta get a couple daytime pics. ANd the angle of the pciture makes it look like I can't see alot of my cluster, but really, sitting normal, I can't see the MPH mark and right at 1,000 RPm. If I stretch justa hair, it's all visible.

Also, made this for my temperature sensor. Its my uber cheap version of the more expensive, prettier ones I won't have to ditch my stock temp gauge with this

Nice N Smooth.

The sensor will be at the very very top of the pipe, so there should be little to zero interference of water flow

Does that go in the rad hose? are you gonna lay beads on the ends....or the hose might slip off

Been debating on that actually. I had decided that I would just hose clamp it on there as good as I could and see what happens.

I wouldn't be able to get a fine enough bead for it to seal, nor consistent enough (it would be bumpy, for lack of a better word).

Just put a tiny couple dabs around the pipe at each 90 degree point. Use a little less heat so it sits up a bit....no big deal.

it doesn't seal at the bead you run at the end of the pipe, that is just there so the hose clamp won't pop up and over it. . . .

Nice work. But definitely put some type of beading on the end of the pipe. You don't want to find out the hose popped off when your going down the road.

depends how tight the hose is on it right now. if its tight you won't be able to get the hose over the bead. if the hose is a tight fit on the pipe right now, i'd just rough up the surface a bit like knurls.

go to a local sheet metal shop and ask the to bead roll the edges for you. Something that small, they would prob do for $5 if not for free. Depends on the person...

Looks like .125" wall material, you're not going to roll a bead on there, but you should definitely weld some beads on there.
