Hose clamps are most commonly used.

I cannot fathom your reasons for doing this .... but ....

If you go to Autozone, they sell these HUGE clamps for putting on huge fart pipe exhausts.

It will look funny wrapping that on your exhaust, but whatever, your choice.

Dont do it!!!!! i have a part of my intercooler piping wrapped because it hangs low. first time it contacted the ground it went right through the wrap and scraped my pipe (luckily it didnt puncture the aluminum). so basically, it will not protect your muffler, and it will look terrible.
