..and I must say it is sweet! I took all day Sunday to do the install, doing slowly and taking my time. Grinding down the inside of the caliper brackets took a little while as my grinder had some problems, and it took me a little while to "rebuild" the 'new' calipers as well(installed new seals, dust cover/boots, lube, etc). I used the 98+ Accord V6 front calipers which are essentially the same as the ITR calipers(you can also use the old Accord wagon or previous gen Prelude VTEC front calipers). These calipers just require shaving off about ~4mm off the inside part(facing the inside of the rotor) of the bracket in order to allow for proper clearance of the new rotor. Brian at fastbrakes said that these of all the other calipers require maybe the least amount of shaving, so that combined with the fact that they are redily available and cheap at most 'junkyards', and the fact that I was able to get mine off a very new wrecked Accord V6, made me choose these. The rotors that Brian uses are either the actual type-R rotors(5 lug holes) or previuos gen Prelude VTEC rotors(same, except 4x~114), and he 're-drills' then to fit our 4x100 lug setup for our gen3 Integra GSRs, they are NEW Honda rotors prior to this mod. Anyways, everthing turned out great, perfect fitment, no rubbing, grinding or noises anywhere, just like the ITR setup. After installing the new (larger than GSR) brake pads and bleeding the brakes, I was off to test it and man was is nice. I mean, dont get me wrong, it isn't like porsche 911 turbo brakes or anything, but compared to my (f'd up) stock brakes, it was significantly better. And my ABS has been having trouble for a while, so I feel much better having more braking power under regular braking. Just my thoughts on this setup, go to fastbrakes.com for more info, I do reccomend it. C-ya.
