I'd say you have something blocking the heater core. Or your valve in the engine bay is not opening properly.

The valve in the engine bay... is that the little arm I turned to make sure it was open all the way?...

How would I check if somethings blocking the heater core?

Attempt to flow water through it. Disconnect the hoses, push water through one of the pipes, see if it comes out the other pipe.

I'm being super serial here guys!

HAha. Ok seriously speaking, make sure your circulating water inside that heatercore. Could have a air bubble in the way, or the valve shut (broken or jammed). Only other reason for it not to work is if your heatercore is completely rotted away and you have no more fins left.

Was the motor treated with the miracle shyt in a bottle to fix headgaskets that you put in the coolant?
That can clog up a heater core nicely.

check under the heater core. there are cables going to a white plastic lever arm. its VERY common that this comes off after time. it controls the air mixture flap. so basically its closes the air from the blower from going through the heater core.

im pretty certain this is your issue.

while under the dash and looking up, like behind the stereo, reach up and turn the temperature adjustment ****. youll see the cables move. follow that to the white arm and fix it back in place. should be obvious how.
