HOW DO I CHANGE THE SPEED OF MY TURN SIGNALS? PEOPLE WHO KNOW PLEASE ANSWER.

damn.... old school ricer modification. i'll admit, i did it to my car in the mid 90s.
(i also know how to modify an alarm siren to turn it into a wolf whistle hehehe)
one way is to cut a negative or ground wire on the blinker harness, causing a short.
another way you can do it, remove one of the bulbs outright.

Wasnt this only posted recently? Buy one of those blinker things off of egay, they actually list them there.

this is for the 7th gen civics, but the point is flasher is located inside fuse panel for every car...
simple for a skilled person...i dont know about you...

Yeah you can get adjustable flasher relays from JCWhitney and such.
Have fun making your car look like a blinker is burned out all the time, in other words, looking ghetto.

For those of us who have baught a car with the turn signals already fast. how do we get rid of that bs. and make them normal again?

i guess check all the wiring around your blinkers. make sure they arent spliced into. check to see fi you dont have a dead bulb.

Usually fast blinking is caused by lower resistance through the flasher relay, which usually means a turn signal bulb is burned out.
