raybrig v. stanley

are they one in the same? or is one jdm and the other a knock off?
i always thought stanley was oem jdm, and stanleys were knock offs?? true?

Both of them are jdm, stanley is oem raybrig is an aftermarket company.

not entirely true. raybrig is owned by stanely, so i guess they are one in the same.
