Default squeeky sound

Ok so like a week ago or so i got my car back from a shop because i had crashed my car. about 4 days later just about everytime i start my car there is a squeeky sounding noise coming from the front left area of my engine bay. my first reacton was well it is getting down to about 55-60 degress every night maybe my belts are just tightining up from the cold. but then it started happening during the day as well.
would this noise be coming from my timeing belt? or is it just the weather change?

You have a loose belt. Replace/tighten it.
